Someone is trying to identify what seems to be an OA Flap but does not have a lodge name or number on it. Chances are it was what is referred to as a Trader Bill issue.<\/p>\n<p>These were produced by an individual (Trader Bill) and sold from classified ad&#8217;s in the back of Boy&#8217;s Life in the 1960&#8217;s and 1970&#8217;s. Today we would label them spoofs.
