Here is another update to one of my early conclave posts from back in November 2006, I wrote about the 2006 Section NE-3B Conclave<\/a> which was held at Camp Rotary. I’ve since been able to add images of several more issues from that event and will replace that early post with this one on my checklist.<\/p>\n

As far as I now know, there were three pocket patches and a jacket patch.<\/p>\n

The standard patch had a black border<\/p>\n

There was also a red bordered version which I believe was the staff issue.
