Ray preface his remarks with the following comments:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"left\">Through time, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve found the following to be among the very toughest OA in the nation to collect (most of the following have less than 10 known examples \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6approx. 1\/2 have less than 5 examples\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and most are undervalued). John Pannell is showing 4 sales of each on eBay over the last 5 years.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n#410 Nischa Nitis<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyoatrader.com\/blog\/2008\/02\/24\/hardest-ny-oa-nischa-nitas-lodge-410-j1\/\"> J-01<\/a> (&#8220;Ceremonial Team&#8221; b\/p) NEED!!!<\/li>\n<li> N-01 (not sure how rare this is) NEED!!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I just wrote up the 410 J1 separately, click the link above.  The N1 is a need of mine as well.<br \/>\n#410 Aola (IMHO&#8230;none rank among the toughest&#8230;even the n\/c pie shows occasionally)<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d think the P1 ( while not a 1o items or less known) would qualify here.
