Bill Boyle sends along an image of the second Tschipey Achtu Lodge #95 flap for the 2013 National Jamboree Patch. This is the contingent versions and unlike the trader flap<\/a> which is nearly rectangular, this is more standard flap shape. <\/p>\n

Update August 2013<\/strong>The Deer is White with LBL highlights. There were reportedly 900 of these made. There were 200 flaps issued with a glow in the dark deer. This deer appear as a pale yellow and will be listed as the S13<\/p>\n
