The Conclave was held at Ten Mile River Scout Camps. The theme was Seek A Higher Vision.<\/p>\n

Update April 7, 2013<\/strong> The Conclave was hosted by Aquehongian Lodge #112. The patch was designed by Frank Mullane and made by Lion Brothers Inc<\/p>\n
