I’m sure there have been times that Lodges officially or unofficially attended a conclave run by a section that they were not a member. Certainly many conclaves have guests or visitors from Lodges which are not part of their Section. This is the only example I am aware of where 2 Sections have combined and run a joint Conclave, certainly the only example in NYS.<\/p>\n

After the realignment in 1994, Section NE-3A and NE-3B decided to hold a joint or combined conclave in 1995. Ty Ohni Lodge #95 was the host for this event which was held at their Camp Warren Cutler. The theme was “When Brothers Meet.”<\/p>\n

As you might expect, there was more than the usual number of items issued for this event.<\/p>\n

First a four inch pocket patch:<\/p>\n

The sharper-eyed amongst you may have noticed that one of the lodges was misnumbered. Lodge 477 was shown as 447. The patch was not reordered, but a segment was created to correct the error on both this and the jacket patch.<\/p>\n

There was also a three inch pocket patch with a different design:<\/p>\n

There were also two neckerchiefs, one silk-screened:<\/p>\n

\nThere was a plastic ‘coin’ as well. This also showed Section NE-3C all they were not part of the conclave.<\/p>\n
