The 2012 Section NE-3B Concalve was held at Camp Wakpominee and hosted by Kittan Lodge #364. The theme for the August 2012 weekend was Mindful of Our High Traditions. <\/p>\n

They had a somewhat unusual patch issuance, with four border colors. Depending on when you paid your registration, you received a different border color on your conclave patch. From what I have been told by Kevin Montano the Section chief,<\/p>\n

Blue Border – Early registration
\nRed Border – On-time registration
\nBlack Border – Late registration
\nWhite Border – Participation award<\/p>\n

I believe this is the only NYS conclave where something like this has been done.<\/p>\n

\nI’ve since learned from Gene P. that there was also a neckerchief and a jacket patch issued for the event.<\/p>\n

First is the neckerchief, it is a red neckerchief with black piping with the black bordered patch sewn to it.<\/p>\n
