It was held at Clear Lake Scout Reservation.<\/p>\n<p>The Theme of this years conclave was Conclave Royale.<\/p>\n<p>A Pocket Patch (pictured below) and Jacket Patch of the same design was issued.    I understand there was a staff patch, but have not seen it.
