\"\"<\/a>This is the first year of the new Northeast Region OA section alignments after the 2011 reorganization. The host of this conclave was Tschipey Achtu Lodge #95\/397 and it was held at Camp Babcock Hovey which was also celebrating its 75th Anniversary. The Theme was “Fraternitatis Hilarem Servitu.” <\/p>\n

There were 5 issues. An embroidered Neckerchief, a jacket patch and 3 variations of the pocket patch, all of pocket patches had the same design.<\/p>\n

First is the general trading post version of the pocket patch:
