\nNortheast Region OA Chairman, previously sent along word of a Northeast Region Patch for the 2012 NOAC<\/a>. In addition to that patch, there was also a Chief’s Patch<\/a>. He also advises for what I believe is the first time, that there was a third version a Chairman’s Recognition Patch.<\/p>\n

(It) was for people who went above and beyond in their roles. 50 were made and less than 25 were presented so far.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
