Where:<\/strong> John C Whitehead Dining Hall, past Reeves Lodge Camp Alpine, Alpine, NJ<\/p>\n

When:<\/strong> Saturday November 19, 2016<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: 9:00AM to 3:00PM (dealer setup begins at 8:30AM)<\/p>\n

Admission: Free<\/strong> to All \u00e2\u20ac\u201c A unique day trip for your troop or pack<\/p>\n

Tables: <\/strong>$20.00 per table All tables $25.00 after October 15, 2016 if still available.<\/del> All tables are sold out.<\/p>\n

Table Reservations on a first come first served basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the last nine years, we have sold out our table, due to the space constraints in John C Whitehead Dining Hall, we have limited table sales to 40 in 2016, don’t delay and be shut out.<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> John C Whitehead Dining Hall, Alpine Scout Camp \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Alpine, NJ (exit 3 on the Palisades Parkway)<\/p>\n

As always this TOR will have free admission to all in order to help boost walk-in attendance.<\/p>\n

Kintecoying Lodge #4 has assumed the sponsorship for the long running Shu Shu Gah Lodge #24 TOR and the event will once more be held this November.<\/p>\n

Kintecoying Lodge will be conducting a live auction at the 2016 TOR. If you are interested in donating items for this auction, please contact me. Proceeds of the Auction will be used to help support the Lodges Commitment to the John P. Ward Training and Camping Area in Camp Alpine<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We continue our efforts to publicize the TOR. Flyers have been or will be handed out at many of the upcoming local TOR\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, GNYC\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Summer Camp Ten Mile River, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum, the TMR Annual Alumni Day, the GNYC Program Kickoff, the Lodge newsletter, and other local Scouting events.<\/p>\n

We have also added a Facebook event for the TOR to try to tap into a different segment of the Scouting Community.<\/p>\n

Flyers or information will also be available in ISCA website, on various dealer lists, local Scout Camps, etc.<\/p>\n
