Section NE-3B 2007 Conclave

There were at least 2 multiple issues from Section NE-3B Conclave in 2007.  The Conclave was held at Rotary Scout Reservation in Poestenkill, NY.

Update April 2014
A Gold bordered pocket patch with tab:

I believe this was the general participant patch

And a Silver or Grey Border also with a tab

Section NE-3B 2007 Conclave Silver Pocket Patch

I believe that this was the staff version.

Section NE-3B had a tradition of awarding the lodge with the highest percentage participation a different border color pocket patch.

This is currently a need of mine if anyone has one available.

  1. Everyone who attended was issued one grey border and had the opportunity to buy additional ones.

The white border w/o the loop was a participation award, earned if you completed the requirements. Only one was issued to those who completed the items.

There may also be a gold-colored border, but I cannot be sure. I believe it is the staff issue.

  2. The gold border was issued as the standard patch and the silver was special awards. I’m not familiar to the grey one.
