Section NE-2A 2018 Project LEAP Participant Pocket Patch

The Section NE-2A 2018 Project LEAP, the particpant version. Project LEAP was held on January 14, 2018 at the Connecticut Fire Academy in Suffield, CT.

The Section website describes it as:

Together, Lodges will unite over common ideas, sharing, creating and innovating. This will be a day of fellowship, fun, and learning, including interactive training cells, lodge activities and brainstorming. During Project LEAP, a new Order of the Arrow program called LINK will be showcased. The purpose of the new Link program is to strengthen local OA programs across the country and improve the Order of the Arrow’s membership position nationally.

As in previous years, there were two issues.

The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.” —Noah Webster (1787)

Section NE-2A 2016 Project Leap Staff Patch

Still in clean up mode, a daunting task, and I’m finally at the bottom of the Section NE-2A issues. This is a relatively recent one for the Section NE-2A 2016 Project LEAP, the Staff version. Project LEAP was held on January 31, 2016 at the Connecticut Fire Academy in Suffield, CT

I had previously written about the Participant Version here.

It does not say Staff, but can be distinguished from the Participant Version by the reversed colors.

This is a need of mine if anyone has one available.

“[T]he germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal Judiciary; an irresponsible body … working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped from the States, and the government of all be consolidated into one.” —Thomas Jefferson (1821)

Section NE-2A 2014? Jacket Patch

Here is an undated Jacket Patch from Section NE-2A with a white border. They did a gray bordered version in 2012 and an orange bordered version in 2015.

So that would seem to make this 2013 or 2014. Can anyone confirm the date of issue?

It will be called Project LEAP (Lodge Excellence Assistance Program). This event will bring together all our brothers in our section for a day of training, team building and great fellowship!

This is a training event held separately from the Section conclave.

Was there also a staff version issued? If so, I need a scan for the blog and would like to trade for or purchase one if possible.
