State of the Hobby – Loon Lodge #364 F1 First Flap

There have been a number of New York State OA First Flaps ended on eBay. Here is one for a Loon Lodge #364 F1 First Flap. There was only one bidder for this auction, but he knew what he wanted.

Clicking on the image will bring you to the auction results for the next few months.

The seller described it as:

Adirondack Council, upstate New York. Number 394 refers to the council, not the lodge.
Heavily restricted OA First Flap issued for only a few years before being replaced by the so called “broken neck” issue

Kittan Lodge #364 Wakpominee Chapter Beaver Day Round

My understanding is that the patch shown below is the Kittan Lodge #364 Wakpominee Chapter Beaver Day Round. The patch is undated, but I’ve been told that different colored borders were issued for different years.

Can anyone confirm the year this black bordered patch was used?

State of the Hobby – Loon Lodge #364 First Flap F1

HAven’t seen one of these on eBay recently, a first flap from Loon Lodge #364. The #394 on the flap is/was the council number of then Adirondack council. While the flap is by no means mint, it is a tough one which is shown by the bidding.

Clicking on the image will bring you to the auction results for the next few months.

Bidding started at $ 50.00 and four bidders drove this used first flap up to $ 580.00, with two bidders left at the end.

Not sure if this is the ‘current’ price for a Loon First flap, as I have not seen one sell on eBay in recent memory.

Kittan Lodge #364 10th Anniversary Flap S39

Here is another new issue from Kittan Lodge #364 for their 10th Anniversary. The Kittens are back following up on their popular Send a Kittan to NOAC 2015 fundraiser last year.

Please consider this numbering as tentative as I have become aware I have missed a 2012 NOAC Issue from the Lodge which may require renumbering a number of more recent issues.

I also have a couple of these flaps available to trade now for new issues from New York State OA Lodges or any of my needs.
