Shinnecock Lodge #360 Secatogue Chapter 2001 Spring Camporee eR2001?

OAornotOA
Here is another image from Matt Schieferstein where he asks.

Recently these were sent to me by a former member of the lodge. These are from the Sagtikos District which is our Secatogue Chapter. They do not mention the chapter but they each have either a “WWW” and/or an “Arrow w/ WWW” on them. Would these be considered Chapter issues or just a district issue that would not be part of the blue book?

My inclination would be to list this as a chapter. It is likely that the event was sponsored or staffed by the chapter.

What do you think? Can anyone provide any details about the event?

Reportedly there was also a neckerchief with the same patch sewn to it. Can anyone confirm and provide a trade/scan?

1998 Section NE-3A Conclave

The 1998 Section NE-3A Conclave was hosted by Arcoon Lodge #369 at their Camp Sequassen. The theme was “A Reunion of Brothers.”

As far as I know, there was only a single pocket patch issued for the event.

It is characteristic of much of recent economics that by ever new arguments it has tried to vindicate those very prejudices which are so attractive because the maxims that follow from them are so pleasant or convenient: spending is a good thing, and saving is bad; waste benefits and economy harms the mass of the people; money will do more good in the hands of the government than in those of the people; it is the duty of government to see that everybody gets what he deserves; and so on.The Trend of Economic Thinking: Essays on Political Economists and Economic History (Collected Works of F. Section NE-2B 1998 Conclave

The Northeast Region OA Realignment after the 1997 Conclave season, brought about a short-lived version of Section NE-2B which contained two NY Lodges, although apparently only Shinnecock Lodge #360 was a member of the Section when the conclave was held.
The event was held at Rock Hill Scout Reservation and the theme was Brothers Form Our Circle.

First up is the regular issue Pocket patch:
