It’s now just than a few days until the Kintecoying Lodge #4 21st Annual TOR. Once again we have sold out our tables; but there is still plenty of room to come and trade or try to pick up that elusive need.

Where: John C Whitehead Dining Hall, past Reeves Lodge Camp Alpine, Alpine, NJ

When: Saturday November 19, 2016

Time: 9:00AM to 3:00PM (dealer setup begins at 8:30AM)

Admission: Free to All – A unique day trip for your troop or pack

Location: John C Whitehead Dining Hall, Alpine Scout Camp – Alpine, NJ (exit 3 on the Palisades Parkway)

On the Road Again to the Seneca Waterways Council Trade-O-Ree Saturday April 23, 2016

The Seneca Waterways Council Historical Society will be hosting its second Trade-O-Ree on Saturday April 23, 2016 to be held at their Council Office. Drop by and check out their Museum too.

Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (dealer set-up at 9:00 AM)

Here are the details from our 21st Annual Trade-O-Ree to be held on its usual date and time on the Saturday before Thanksgiving November 19, 2016 at Camp Alpine.

Where: John C Whitehead Dining Hall, past Reeves Lodge Camp Alpine, Alpine, NJ

When: Saturday November 19, 2015

Time: 9:00AM to 3:00PM (dealer setup begins at 8:30AM)

Admission: Free to All – A unique day trip for your troop or pack

Tables: $20.00 per table All tables $25.00 after October 15, 2016 if still available.

Table Reservations on a first come first served basis.

For the last nine years, we have sold out our table, due to the space constraints in John C Whitehead Dining Hall, we have limited table sales to 40 in 2016, don’t delay and be shut out.

Location: John C Whitehead Dining Hall, Alpine Scout Camp – Alpine, NJ (exit 3 on the Palisades Parkway)

As always this TOR will have free admission to all in order to help boost walk-in attendance.

Kintecoying Lodge will be conducting a live auction at the 2016 TOR. If you are interested in donating items for this auction, please contact me. Proceeds of the Auction will be used to help support the Lodges Commitment to the John P. Ward Training and Camping Area in Camp Alpine.

We continue our efforts to publicize the TOR. Flyers have been or will be handed out at many of the upcoming local TOR’s, GNYC’s Summer Camp Ten Mile River, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum, the TMR Annual Alumni Day, the GNYC Program Kickoff, the Lodge newsletter, and other local Scouting events.

We have also added a Facebook event for the TOR to try to tap into a different segment of the Scouting Community.

Flyers or information will also be available in ISCA website, on various dealer lists, local Scout Camps, etc.

Please mark your calendars; I look forward to seeing you all at the TOR.
