I had previously written on the Section NE-3A 1985 Section conclave, George Jennings sens along a picture of another item issued for this conclave, a silk-screed staff hat. The conclave was hosted by Nooteeming Lodge, and held at Camp Nooteeming.

While this is not your typical patch or neckerchief, it was issued for the conclave. As always collect what you want for your collection.

George Jennings has sent along an image from the Section NE-2B1991 Conclave. George advises that this event was hosted by Nooteeming Lodge #443.

There was also a Jacket Patch of the same design.

As you can see on the patch, the lodges in Section NE-2B at that time were:Half Moon 28

I had previously posted on a Section Patch from NE-2B, based on the responses to that posting, it was determined that it was not a Section Conclave issue, and was issued by the Section in the period from after the 1988 Conclave and prior to the Nischa Nimat Lodge #181 merger in September 1990.

Below we have what appears to be another Section NE-2B patch. Based on the lodges listed (Half Moon #28, Skanondo #64, Onteroraus #402, Nooteeming #443, and Munsi #444), it must have been issued after the September 1990 merger of Nischa Nimat Lodge #181 and prior to the 1994 Section realignments.

The patch contains the totems of the 5 lodges in the section and an Iroquois Longhouse.

Based on the information provided on the earlier patch, I don’t think it is a n undated Section Conclave issue. I know it is nit a conclave issues from 1991 or 1994 since I have both.

Can anyone confirm that it is not a conclave patch put a closer date on when it was issued?

Around 1958 Area 2A and 2J were preparing to split. Area 2J held at least one conclave/meeting in 1957. But, it apparently did not formerly organize and/or hold another conclave on its own until some time in the early 1960’s.

There was an Area 2A Conclave in 1959. I’m not sure where it was held or what lodges (officially) were in attendance, or who was the host lodge?

The slide would lead me to think it was at Camp Nooteeming and 443 the host.

However the slide could also be a lodge contingent piece since the design is different than the neckerchief nor does it mention the conclave theme .

I understand that there was a patch and a neckerchief issued. I have the neckerchief pictured below, and also a slide which is a different design than the neckerchief.

Can you provide any information or clarifications?

Another new discovery, this one from Nooteeming Lodge #443 for you completists.

The origianl listing for the S8, called for a Cloth Back (CB). Irv Block brought a Plastic Back variety (PB) to my attention. After checking with several 443 collectors and lodge members, it appears this variety was never listed in the Blue Book.

So for those who collect both the front and the back.
