“[T]he more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer … [taking] away from before their eyes the greatest of all inducements to industry, frugality, and sobriety, by giving them a dependence of somewhat else than a careful accumulation during youth and health for support in age and sickness.” –Benjamin Franklin, On the Price of Corn, and Management of the Poor

“I often note with equal pleasure that God gave this one connected country to one united people — a people descended from the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in manners and customs, who by their joint counsels, arms, and efforts, fighting side by side through a long bloody war, have nobly established general liberty and independence.” —John Jay (1787)

Look Back – Otahnagon Lodge #172 Konoh Chapter N1

Three years ago I posted about the Otahnagon Lodge #172 Konoh Chapter N1 which at the time had not been listed on OA Images. Over the years, I’ve been fairly successful in finding both the listed and unlisted chapter neckerchiefs from Otahnagon Lodge # 172.

Here is the Konoh Chapter neckerchief.

Otahnagon Lodge #172 Konoh Chapter N1

Otahnagon Lodge #172 Konoh Chapter N1

You can see the Tsungani, So-an-ge-ta-ha, Ochenang N1, and Ochenang N2 which is still a need of mine, at the links.

My current Otahnagon Lodge #172 Chapter neckerchief needs are the Ches Ches Nopa N1a and Ochenang N2.

Anyone have one for trade or sale? I have what I believe is a Ches Ches Nopa N1b available for trade for either of the Ches Ches Nopa N1a and Ochenang N2.
