As it has done in previous years the Northeast Region of the Order of the Arrow has also issued a patch to commemorate the 2015 National Order of The Arrow Conference. This is the version used by the Chief and Chairman as opposed t the more general Black bordered Version.
The dome-shaped dangle patch is shown below.
