Half Moon Lodge #28 has issued several different patches to commemorate its 70th Anniversary, The first is reversal of their standard design but with a green background and white border.

I hear this set with white border (flap and CSP) is available for $20 and there is a second set with silver mylar border available for $50 (50 sets made). There is also a council shoulder patch, I believe separate from the one you have posted, which thanks the lodge for 70 years of service ($4).
