I had previously written about the Section NE-2A 2015 Project Leap – Participant Patch. There was also a version issued for the staff.
Project LEAP replaced the Quality Lodge Seminar a Section Level Training event which has been run for several years.
This is a need of mine, anyone have one available for trade or sale?
