Section NE-3 1988 Conclave Pocket Patch

ConclaveHere is another image from Tom Wadnola, this one from the Section NE-3 1988 Section Conclave.

The conclave was hosted by Man-a-hattin Lodge #82 and held at Camp Keowa, Ten Mile River Scout Camps. The theme was Fan the Spark of Brotherhood.

While not part of the official program it was also the site of a fabled BBQ party which is still talked about when the selected attendees get together.

  • Shu-Shu-Gah Lodge #24
  • Half Moon Lodge #28
  • Suanhacky Lodge #49
  • Skanondo Lodge #64
  • Man-A-Hattin Lodge #82
  • Aquehongian Lodge #112

  • Buckskin Lodge #412
  • Nooteeming Lodge #443

To the best of my knowledge, this was the only issue from that Conclave. If anyone has information on any other issues from this conclave, let me know.

You can find links to other conclaves on my NYS Section Conclave page.

Update March 2017:
Mia Hubbert sends along an image of a pin which was issued for the conclave.

Update May 2021:
Frank Rickenbaugh sent along this image asking if it belonged to the 1988 Section NE-3 Conclave as it was the only year NE-3 was used rather that NE-3A.

My recollection was Mark Belli was involved with its production when he was either Section Chief or Section Training Chairman prior to his time as Northeast Region Chief.

Can anyone else confirm when this patch was issued?
