Section NE-3B 2012 Conclave Issues

The 2012 Section NE-3B Concalve was held at Camp Wakpominee and hosted by Kittan Lodge #364. The theme for the August 2012 weekend was Mindful of Our High Traditions.

They had a somewhat unusual patch issuance, with four border colors. Depending on when you paid your registration, you received a different border color on your conclave patch. From what I have been told by Kevin Montano the Section chief,

Blue Border – Early registration
Red Border – On-time registration
Black Border – Late registration
White Border – Participation award

I believe this is the only NYS conclave where something like this has been done.

Here is the early registration patch:

the On-time registration patch:

Section NE-3B 2012 On Time Registration Patch
Section NE-3B 2012 On Time Registration Patch

The late version:

Section NE-3B 2012 Late Registration Patch
Section NE-3B 2012 Late Registration Patch

and finally the Participation Patch:

Update January 26, 2013
I’ve since learned from Gene P. that there was also a neckerchief and a jacket patch issued for the event.

First is the neckerchief, it is a red neckerchief with black piping with the black bordered patch sewn to it.
