1954 Area 2-G Neckerchief Variety – Lodge Chief Neckerchief?

I’ve previously written about the 1954 Area 2-G Conclave which was hosted by Otahnagon Lodge #172 and was held at their Camp Tuscarora.

Ed White sends along a scan of a variation on the known neckerchief (White silkscreen on black cloth) The scan he sends is Red on Yellow Cloth.

He is aware of at lease one other neckerchief with this color combination owned by another collector in the Rochester Area. There is speculation that this may have been issued to the Lodge Chiefs in the Section.

Does anyone have more information on this neckerchief?
