I recently became aware of a regular issue flap issued by Onteroraus Lodge #402 in 2011. The has caused me to renumber the NOAC issues, the Onteroraus Lodge #402 2012 NOAC Fundraiser Flap S52 and the Onteroraus Lodge #402 2012 NOAC Trader Set S53 X10.
The new regular issue can be distinguished from the 2008 s48 by the light blue FDL seen on the s51 (the s48 is green).
The stats for this one should be:
