Gary Hnydowitz has been compiling a list of all of the issues from the 2012 NOAC. One of those is a 2012 NOAC promotional patch from Kittan Lodge #364. They also issued two 3-piece sets for the 2012 NOAC. Both shared the same design but had different border colors.
