Owaneco Trade-O-Ree – Saturday May 12, 2012

Owaneco Lodge 313 (Connecticut Yankee Council) will be hosting a trade-o-ree next spring on Saturday, May 12, 2012. It is being run in conjuction with the ConnJam event sponsored by the council. This is a HUGE event run only every few years with tons of people, including the national scout exec and several other people from national.


OWANECO LODGE 313 INAUGURAL ANNUAL TRADE-O-REE

When SATURDAY MAY 12, 2012

Time: 9:00am-5:00pm (Dealer set-up 7:00am-9:00am)

Location: Orange Fairgrounds – 525 Orange Center Road, Orange, CT

Table Cost: $30 (includes 1 ConnJam admission ticket, a $10 value). Each additional table is $20 and includes an additional ConnJam admission ticket. Limited wall tables available for purchase (additional $5 per table). Funds from tables sold go to help offset costs of the Owaneco Lodge 2012 NOAC Contingent.

Admission Cost: Admission to the Trade-O-Ree is free for anyone attending ConnJam. Admission tickets for ConnJam are available for Saturday visits for $10 and everyone must have a ticket even if they only are attending the Trade-O-Ree.

Admission to ConnJam does entitle participants to enjoy all activities, booths and venders, in addition to enjoying the Arena Show and firework finale in the evening after the Trade-O-Ree. Food will be available for purchase by vendors throughout the day.

Please note that this is a Scouting Memorabilia Trade-O-Ree where you will be able to Trade/Buy/Sell & Browse through memorabilia with fellow scouts and scouters. Table renters are requested to only sell scout related items. Candy, food, and other non-scouting items will not be allowed to be sold by TOR table renters.
