Sisilija Lodge #19 Neckerchief Slide

Back in 2002, for the 75th Anniversary of TMR, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum had a display of hundreds of neckerchief slides and bolos carved by Roland Flora.
There was even a brief article with photos in one of the local papers.

Unfortunately Roland has since passed away,  but through the generosity of his family, the Museum is once again fortunate to have these slides and bolos on display during Scouting’s Centennial year.

About 25 or 30 of these slides were done for OA Lodges, a number of them from NY. I was able to snap a few photos with the camera in my cell phone, but hope to get better pictures soon.

One of the lodges from NY that had a slide was Sislija Lodge #19. You can see it pictured below.
