This is one of the last issues from Ganeodiyo Lodge #417. The new Section NE-3A continued the traditions of the ‘old’ Sections NE-3A and NE-3B by issuing a set of flaps for the NOAC.
These flaps all share a common design, a Scout with stave hiking towards Indiana University.
The Border, Lodge Name and WWW are much darker than what is shown in the scan.
