Unlisted Nacha Nimat Lodge #86 2004 NOAC Prototype YS4

New IssueI was reviewing my duplicate Nacha Nimat issues for potential trades for my 2009 NOAC needs and came across a previously unlisted issue. My belief is that this should be listed as the ZS4 or perhaps as a Q issue if it was a lodge reject.

First a review of the similar known issues:

And the current known prototype:

The Current description on this one is:

YS3 GMY R BLK WHT DGR FDL; WHT WWW NOAC 2004 Delegate No “Sponsor” 75mmX125mm Letters in Lodge name 6mm tall Prototype

Note the Brown Bear in the image, I propose adding that to the description because as you can see:

86ys black bearWe have a Black Bear version the same size as the oversized prototype.

Tentative identification:YS4 GMY R BLK WHT DGR FDL; WHT WWW NOAC 2004 Delegate No “Sponsor” 75mmX125mm Letters in Lodge name 6mm tall Black Bear – Prototype

Anyone know the back story on this one?
