The Hiawatha-Seaway Council in affiliation with the William Hillcourt Scout Museum and Carson Buck Memorial Library will once again be hosting the Central New York Trade-O-Ree this weekend (June 5 &6 ) at Camp Woodlands, Constantia, NY.
