Ansell Alberga sends along word of three 2009 NOAC fundraiser flaps from Kittan Lodge #364. He reports that the full sets of three were sold out at a Pow Wow training day on the last day of February.
However a number of individual flaps were available in sealed envelopes grab bag style.
