According to the Blue Book, this one would be listed as the N4.5. Since the BB numbering is not changed one it is set, we can’t change this number. However, I think this should really be the N9.5. If you compare the silkscreened wolf with the N9, you will see the resemblance. Can anyone confirm the time this neckerchief was issued?
The current Blue Book description reads:
N4.5 RED P WHT RED – Design of N4 RED “Ty Ohni Lodge 95 Lodge Advisor” (like N4, Lodge Advisor)
We should change this to
N4.5 RED P WHT RED – SSC; RED Lodge Executive Committee Position Design of N9

This neckerchief finally showed up on ebay a few months ago, along with a couple prototypes. They were purchased by a member of the Otetiana Council Historical Society who plans on eventually donating them the the society. The exact one shown above was given to me several years ago by Bill Leavitt and is now included in the Ty-Ohni Lodge Memorabilia Collection maintained by the Otetiana Council Scouting Historical Society.
