    I had previously posted news about the International Scout Traders Association pre-NOAC TOR being held at the NOAC Facility.  There is now a preliminary flyer available on the ISCA website.  Don’t know if my schedule is flexible enough to attend this event, but it sounds like it will be well worth while.
