Another year where the Area 2-E Conclave had only a single item issued to commemorate the event. The 1964 Conclave was hosted by Tuighaunock Lodge #409 and held at Camp Dittmer.

According to Michael Hulsizer, Western NY Conclave Memorabilia site, Ganeodiyo Lodge #417 joined 2-E in 1964 and did indeed attend that event.
