The 1981 Section NE-2D Conclave was held at Camp Barton and hosted by Otahnagon Lodge #172. There was a pocket patch and a silkscreened neckerchief issued for the event.
According to Rob Higgens OA Sections site, NE-2D was composed of 5 lodges at this time.
