[2]The 1997 Section NE-3B Conclave, was hosted by Gosh Wha Gono Lodge #120 and held at Camp Portaferry. To the best of my knowledge, their were two three items issued for this conclave, a pocket patch

There was also a jacket patch (from my collection) issued for the event.

Update: Ray Gould sends along a scan of the neckerchief, the pocket patch applied to a white neckerchief with Green Piping.

Yep-
I remember well (having designed them). There was a neckerchief with the pocket patch sewn to it (white background with green piping and pocket patch sewn on). I’ll get you a scan ASAP.
