Has anyone tried to contact the sources that listed this item and asked what their evidence was for listing this as 48 L1? Somewhere, some time, someone had a reason for calling this 48 L1. It would be interesting to know the answer even if it ends up being something like, "I bought this cheaply somewhere, think it looks like 48's totem, and want to make a killing selling this as a previously unknown rarity." (Whether explicitly said or not) Barring other information, YL1 makes more sense.
