Section NE-5B 1998 Conclave Neckerchief
Last week I posted on patches from the 1998 Section NE-5B Conclave and asked if anything else was issued form this event. Paul Cox sent along a picture of the neckerchief for the event.
Anyone have one of these available for trade?
