The first is a pocket patch with loop.

The second issue is the conclave pocket patch (without the loop?) sewn on a white neckerchief with blue piping.

There was also an embroidered neckerchief, red with yellow piping. I’ll send you a scan of it.

I believe this is an undated neckerchief issued for the 1998 NE-3B Conclave, with the same design as the dated patch.

Yes, you’re right. I have the neckerchief in the with the 1998 conclave. What I SHOULD have written here is that I also have the 1999 patch without the loop (pictured above on the neckerchief) as a stand-alone issue. (See, this is what happens when you’re sorting so many patches at a time.)
