Area 2-H Conclave Neckerchief

[2]Here is another neckerchief from Area 2-H, this one from 1966.  Again, there is no indication of the Host Lodge, Camp or other identifying information on the neckerchief.

Anyone have information on who hosted the conclave and where it was held?  Or if any other items were issued for the event.

Best guess would be Seneca 394, based on totem.
