The Executive Committee of the Lodge did not approve it and the private manufacturer has not claimed responsibility for it being produced. There are other theories and accounts, but we believe there are only a few of these around. There have been two listed on eBay thus far. I know of one other that a Lodge member found at NOAC 04 on a trading blanket. The GMY border of the Dance Team flap is an unauthorized issue. Whether they are #313 collectors or Dance Team Collectors, there are some deep pockets for this type of material. John,
