[2]OK this is both a whensit and a whatsit. The patch below appears to be a patch memorializing the member lodges of Section NE-2B or it could have been issued for a specific Section Conclave.
According to the OA Section List [3], Section NE-2B was reorganized in 1988 after that years Section Conclave to reflect the membership evidenced in the patch below.
Since Nischa-Nimat 181 merged with Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha 268 and Thay-En-Da-Ne-Gea 418 to form Ganienkeh Lodge #181 effective in 1990. It would seem that this is either a section patch issued between 1988 and 1990 or perhaps a Section Conclave issue from 1989.
Can anyone confirm the issuance details for the NE-2B oval?
It can’t be the 1990 NE-2B Conclave issue since there was a separate conclave patch, Skanando was the host lodge.

Hi Bill – The patch you are showing , I believe, is a section made patch made in 1989 or 1990. Sold at section meetings, it was designed to bring a sense of unity to the section itself. Possibly also a fund raiser for the section treasury. As I remember, the designer of the patch was the section advisor from Newburgh

George,
Wanted to confirm that you are correct. This is a section patch issued anytime between the 1988 conclave (reflecting the NE-2B) through September of 1990, which is before Nischa-Nimat 181 (two native american brothers) merged.
It is definitely not a conclave patch, as I double-checked the 1989 conclave pp.
