Wanted to confirm that you are correct. This is a section patch issued anytime between the 1988 conclave (reflecting the NE-2B) through September of 1990, which is before Nischa-Nimat 181 (two native american brothers) merged.
It is definitely not a conclave patch, as I double-checked the 1989 conclave pp.</description>

Sold at section meetings, it was designed to bring a sense of unity to the section itself. Possibly also a fund raiser for the section treasury. As I remember, the designer of the patch was the section advisor from Newburgh</description>
