They do seem to be following the Haudenosaunee Lodge #19 unrestricted issues. To the best of my knowledge however while unrestricted Haudenosaunee Lodge Flaps could only be brought by Lodge members on Lodge events. As for numbers, I would agree to always use the number the Lodge has chosen. However this is just an internal number to the Lodge. National does not record it or use it on any BSA/OA records anymore. Absent a number chosen by the lodge, to catalog the issue, the Blue Book will have to use some number. While no firm decision has been made by the National Editors, it would likely be cataloged under the Council Number. Chris,
