Horicon Lodge #246 Neckerchief Identification Update

I was recently able to trade for 2 of the 3 variations of the Lodge #246 Horicon N1 that I was missing (thanks John). Based on the current descriptions in the Blue Book it is virtually impossible to distinguish the a, b, & c varieties of the 246N1 without having them side by side (by side). In this post I will suggest some changes to the current Blue Book descriptions, in order to make it easier to identify the variations.

First up is the N1a. The Blue Book describes it as follows:

N1a BLU P WHT RED SSC design similar to F2; Raccoon perched on arrow

Horicon Lodge #246 Neckerchief N1a

I would propose:

N1a BLU P WHT RED SSC design similar to F2; Raccoon perched on arrow BLU Lockstitch DOR/DBR highlights in Raccoon, LBL lakes

Current Blue Book:

N1b BLU P WHT DRD lighter screening

Horicon Lodge #246 Neckerchief N1b

I would propose:

N1b BLU P WHT DRD SSC; LBR Lockstich, LBR/DBR Raccoon, LBL Lakes

And finally the N1c current listing:

N1c BLU P WHT DRD DOR details in raccoon

Horicon Lodge #246 Neckerchief N1c

I would propose the following changes

N1c BLU P WHT DRD SSC; BLU Lockstitch DOR/LBR highlights in Racoon, DBL lakes

Summary

So we have:

N1a BLU P WHT RED SSC design similar to F2; Raccoon perched on arrow BLU Lockstitch DOR/DBR highlights in Raccoon, LBL lakes
N1b BLU P WHT DRD SSC; LBR Lockstich, LBR/DBR Raccoon, LBL Lakes
N1c BLU P WHT DRD SSC; BLU Lockstitch DOR/LBR highlights in Raccoon, DBL lakes

Anyone else have one that doesn’t fit the new descriptions?
