That seems to be the sentiment.  Unless I discover information to the contrary, My recommendation will be to combine the 3 listings into the YS1.

If the S10 was a misprint, there should be more around even from a smaller lodge like Ona Yote.

I have heard a similar description of the source of the "S10" flap.  It was created for the 1996 NOAC for the region, but was rejected.  The original creator had the prototypes and kept them.  He has sold an occasional "S10" from his inventory. I didn't hear how many were originally created.  Assuming this is try, i wold seem tha it would be approriae to "decertify" the S10 designation.  It seems very unlikely that the flaps were a "misprint."</description>
