Ty-Ohni Lodge #95 X11 Advisor Strip
Around the time of its Winter Banquet, Ty-Ohni Lodge issued 4 strips to be worn with the J6 patch which was also issued about the same time.
All of them share the same basic size (20mmx99mm) and design. They do not include the Lodge name or number. The first one is pictured below:
