Ray Gould comment on an earlier post [2] here. I have one of the neckerchiefs from Section (Area?) II-B. This was issued for the 1973 NOAC in Santa Barbara and does have the Lodge totems but no other indication of the individual lodges. To me this is unquestionably a section issue. YMMV.
