Thanks for the comment.  I am somewhat torn in how to list these issues for the Blue Book.  Are they joint issues of the old lodges 19 and 364 or are they the first issues of the new Kittan (sp?) 364?

Did Loon conduct its last Vigil, were the lodges a single entity at last weekends conclave?  Is Loon still planning a 'death' flap?
